You can request deletion of your M\u00e1s Cabr\u00f3n Delivery account at any time using either of the methods below.<\/p>\n<h2>Option 1 \u2014 Delete directly in the app (instant)<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the M\u00e1s Cabr\u00f3n Delivery app.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Profile<\/strong> (bottom navigation).<\/li>\n<li>Scroll down and tap <strong>Delete Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm your decision when prompted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your account is deleted immediately and you will be signed out.<\/p>\n<h2>Option 2 \u2014 Request by email<\/h2>\n<p>If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to:<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:soporte@elmascabron.delivery\">soporte@elmascabron.delivery<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Include the name, phone number, or email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.<\/p>\n<h2>What gets deleted<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Your account profile (name, phone, email, saved addresses).<\/li>\n<li>Your login credentials.<\/li>\n<li>Your rewards points balance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What we retain<\/h2>\n<p>Order history records are retained for seven (7) years as required by U.S. federal and California tax law. This data is de-identified from your account after deletion and is not used for marketing purposes.<\/p>\n<p>Payment data is held by Stripe, Inc. under their own data retention policy.
