These Terms of Service («Terms») govern your use of the Más Cabrón Delivery mobile application and website (collectively, the «Service»), operated by Taquería El Más Cabrón (4226 East Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90023) in partnership with Aurion Business Optimization LLC («Technology Provider»). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located within our delivery area at the time of your order. Our delivery area covers approximately a 5-mile radius around our restaurant in East Los Angeles, CA. The app will notify you if your address falls outside the delivery zone.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at soporte@elmascabron.delivery if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Orders and Payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. at the time of order placement.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.
- Delivery fees, if any, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to order volume, traffic, or weather conditions.
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
- Delivery is available only within our service area. Orders placed from outside the delivery zone will not be accepted.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel your order within 2 minutes of placing it by contacting us at soporte@elmascabron.delivery or calling us directly.
- Once preparation has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
- If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, contact us within 24 hours and we will issue a credit or refund at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to place fraudulent orders, abuse promotional offers, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service or harms other users or our staff.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the app and website — including the name, logo, photos, and design — is the property of Taquería El Más Cabrón or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taquería El Más Cabrón and Aurion Business Optimization LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
